prilikom startovanja PROTELA 99 javlja se greska I on ne moze da se
otvori
Code0=-102
Description=The NT Service "CrypKey Licence" is not functioning
correctly
Cause=One of the client directories has been re-named or moved; or
System has not been rebooted after instalation
Solution=Restore the directory to the original name/location; reboot the
computer
ovo se desava I kada se protel obrise,pa ponovo instalira
