Cini se da ti nije startovan nutcracker sevis.
Vidi da li u Task Manageru imas proces koji se zove nutsrv4.exe
ili slicno. Mozes i rucno da ga pokrenes ako odes u control
panel, nadjes nutcracker i u tabu services ga startujes.
Evo sta ima u Release notes relevantno:

When auto-logging on to a Windows XP or Windows NT system, you may see a 
Nutcraker service error message. If this occurs, do not use auto-login 
when launching the system, and try waiting at the login screen for 
several extra seconds, thus allowing the Nutcraker service to finish 
starting.
